Overview
With the rise in inequality and economic uncertainty, community support organizations are more vital than ever before.
So we launched a software grant program to equip community support organizations with tools to better manage programs and support those in need.
What the Grant Covers
$1,000 towards a new implementation of Sumac Case Management – a flexible, complete solution designed to help community support organizations streamline program delivery and client care, so they can:
- Extend their reach;
- Better serve their communities; and
- Have a more meaningful impact.
Note: The grant goes towards implementation costs; You will still be responsible for covering monthly charges, which start at $99/month.
Grant Qualifications
Nonprofits who meet the following qualifications are invited to apply for the grant.
- You are a registered nonprofit or charity
- You are operating as a community support organization or health & social services organization
- Your operating budget is less than $1 million/year
